City Square - Leeds is the new prestige eleven storey City Office Block for Norwich Union Insurance.

The Structural Steelwork package of over 1200 tonnes included the detailed connection design, fabrication and erection on an extremely confined site.

One of the most notable features on this project was the onerous planning and programming of the steelwork deliveries to the site. Major roads surrounded the site which formed an island in the centre of Leeds. Despite these severe limitations and restrictions Caunton erected the steelwork within just 12 weeks.
