Caunton were contracted to main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland to provide the frame for a Data Centre for the Norwich Union Insurance Company, now part of Aviva. Caunton Engineering supplied and erected the steelwork for a major new Data Centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The client is JP Morgan, one of the world’s leading investment banks. The company has recently stopped outsourcing its computers and technology work in the UK, and needs new capacity to store its records.
