Caunton Engineering are pleased to be working for main contractor Winvic Construction on another significant development, providing the main and secondary structural steelwork for three new units at Prologis Park Hams Hall near Birmingham. The new units are part of the continued expansion plan for Prologis, providing additional manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Back in 2018 Caunton were employed by Winvic Construction supplying structural steelwork for the first unit on this site, a five-span portal framed warehouse with external offices.
As part of Caunton’s continued development of employees and customer engagement, twelve of our apprentices and graduate engineers were invited by main contractor Winvic Construction to the site to see first-hand how the building industry operates.
