The Building Safety Act 2022 became law in April 2022. To ensure that constructional steelwork is ready to meet the challenge of the Act that has paved the way for the most significant change to building safety in a generation, the British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA) has significantly updated its Register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors for buildings (RSQC). We are pleased to report that we fully satisfy the specification for the RQSC Scheme for Buildings and to deliver projects to meet its requirements.

The RQSC logo is a mark of competence and shows that the company meets and in many cases, exceeds the competence requirements required by the Building Safety Act 2022.
