Caunton Engineering are very pleased to have supplied and erected the structural steelwork for a multi- storey car park and a portal framed unit for main contractor Winvic Construction at Indurent Park Derby (formerly St Modwen Park). St Modwen Logistics merged with Industrials REIT to form a new entity in 2024. Indurent Park Derby is a 67-acre new business park that is being created on one of the largest regeneration sites within Derby.

Caunton designed the framing for the multi -storey car park, plus a portal framed 43,078 sq. ft. unit for the site.

The car park is a split-level car park with half storey height parking decks connected by short ramps. 6 half storeys in total.
The unit is a twin span portal frame, each span 26m.

The total tonnage supplied and erected is 625 tonnes. Architect is Stephen George and Partners and Engineer Rodgers Leask Ltd.
