ES GLOBAL was the principal contractor for the design, build and dismantling of the USA Pavilion and exhibition at Expo 2025 Osaka.

The US Government required a pavilion to showcase the best of their nation at Expo 2025 Osaka, and the photograph (gratefully crediting Hufton+Crow) shows this magnificent structure fully erected. Built and delivered by ES GLOBAL, the Pavilion used a bespoke steel system, and Caunton Engineering were contracted to supply and fabricate the components. The Pavilion showcases a robust and efficient approach to design and construction, the bespoke steel system, modular timber façade and repurposed ES GLOBAL equipment to maximise cost efficiency.
