Caunton Engineering was awarded the design and build contract, by main contractor, Winvic Construction, for the structural and secondary steelwork Symmetry Park, Rugby. The secondary steelwork included cat ladders and access stairs.

This development is based on the ‘Golden Triangle’ network, an established distribution and manufacturing area in the East Midlands.

This phase of three warehouses is in addition to the development’s four existing units, two of which was supplied and erected by Caunton.

The project aimed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
