Caunton Engineering have been awarded the contract by main contractor, Winvic Construction, for the steelwork framing for an industrial logistics development at Panattoni Park Central A1(M). Panattoni is the world's largest privately owned industrial developer.

The steelwork at Panattoni Park Central A1(M) was designed by our Technical Team and comprises over 2,000 tonnes of mainly portal frame members for the 770,000sq.ft single storey warehouse / production unit. We supplied the framing required for the internal first and second floor offices, with undercroft area beneath and external hub offices.

Panattoni reported that Central A1(M) is the largest single speculative unit that was under construction in 2025.

The facility was designed with sustainability at its core, targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding' and offices rating EPC 'A+'.
