As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2025, we are proud to celebrate the outstanding contributions of our Training Academy team and their apprentices.

Our Training Academy undertakes the critical role of training and developing the future workforce of our company, providing the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure ongoing success. Beyond this, our Academy and its apprentices have also proven their operational value during a pivotal period.

Over the past year, while we have decommissioned some of our machinery, our apprentices have stepped up to produce thousands of angles and fittings to keep up with demands of our weekly fabrication schedule. Their dedication and exceptional performance ensured the uninterrupted continuation of our production process, demonstrating not only their technical abilities but also their outstanding resilience and adaptability.

Time and time again our apprentices have embraced challenges with enthusiasm, delivering high-quality results that reflect the strength and promise of our apprenticeship program. their ability to rise to the occasion and contribute to the ongoing success of our operations highlights the incredible value they bring to our company.
