This project has been shortlisted for the 'Retrofit Project of the Year' at the British Construction Industry Awards. Caunton are very pleased to have supplied and erected the steelwork for this project.

McLaren Construction Group recently posted on their LinkedIn page: "We are delighted to share that the London and South Project, The Hub Victoria has been shortlisted for the Retrofit Project of the Year at the British Construction Industry Awards. Delivered last year on behalf of GAW Capital, The Hub Victoria stretched the ambitions of cut and carve by extending two office buildings with tenants in occupation, adding 10,016 square metres (NIA) of office space over three storeys in addition to the new landscaping spaces and a central atrium at the former roof level. Congratulations to the project team for this fantastic achievement."
