Caunton Engineering have been active now for over 20 years in the Investment in People (IIP) framework. This model measures how well the company, Caunton Engineering, is doing at leading and supporting the people who work for the company, compared with other companies both in the structural steelwork industry, or of a similar size. There were two main ways IIP and Caunton worked together, the first step was for IIP to assess how well the company is doing against IIP’s people framework. Then, the IIP organisation could start advising Caunton on how the company can improve over time.
The company is delighted to report that this first step – the accreditation - has resulted this year in the “We Invest in People SILVER Award”.
