The Theatre District, as implied by the name, is located adjacent Milton Keynes new theatre and houses various restaurants and leisure facilities.

The Architects concept design called for a total of buildings featuring curved roofs and facades to major effect. Principal first floor structured members to the line perimeter of the buildings were left exposed to form an existing theme across the development.
