Design, Manufacture and Installation of the Stairs, treads, Hand railing and cat ladders.

The project consisted of 22No Sets of Access Stairs in total including a spiral stairs approximately 13metres high.

The Stair structures were a mix of Galvanised finished with patterned plate treads and fully Painted finish complete with pan tread to take concrete fill by others.

All handrailing was Pre-Fabricated in Panels at our works with a part welded ball standards system to suit loadings 0.74kN, galvanised finish.

Installation was carried out in conjunction with the main frame allowing the access stairs to be used as construction access and eliminating the client’s requirement to provide temporary access towers.
