Caunton Engineering are supplying and erecting the steelwork for three major buildings at the Crossways Commercial Park, Dartford, which will be offering prime logistics and distribution space. Caunton is working for Main Contractor Readie Construction Ltd , and is designing the steelwork frames for the three buildings which range from 101,205 sq. ft. to 238,800 sq. ft. in area.
The scheme forms part of the well-established Crossways Business Park by major developer Goodman. Spanning more than 300-acres, this premier business park offers excellent on-site amenities in an attractive landscaped setting. And with access to London, and many Kent and East Coast seaports, and the Channel Tunnel too, so very convenient and speedy.
